Product Information
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Australian Dollars and are valid and effective only in Australia. All merchandise has been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available. A failure by a supplier to deliver in accordance with description or at all, or other unintentional causes, may result in some lines being unavailable. Prices quoted and bonus offers are applicable only while stocks last. Percentage savings shown are off supplier recommended retail prices (RRP). Any Gifts Direct reserves the right to correct errors, omissions and misprints. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only – not all patterns and options shown may be included. Not all available patterns and options may be shown. Unless otherwise stated, accessories are not included.

Customers using a credit card should note that their credit card details are not stored by Any Gifts Direct. Information such as your name and address is stored on our server as a convenience to customers and for us to facilitate any customer service enquiries.

This includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any computer virus. Before using any downloaded file, you should carry out an appropriate virus check.
Customer Satisfaction
At Any Gifts Direct, we stand behind the quality of our product. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse to reduce the chance of any damaged or faulty items being delivered. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Unfulfilled Orders
With orders that cannot be fulfilled the purchaser will be notified with regards to when the order will be fulfilled subject to the availability of the product/s purchased. Alternative products will be suggested to substitute the product in question. Alternatively a full refund will be available as an option.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return any item purchased on our website either by mail or in person at our Balmain store. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us on 1300 766 780 within 3 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected.
Delivery fees are non-refundable. To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless merchandise is damaged or faulty. Custom and special orders are not returnable.
