How can I find a particular product/gift on your website?
There are several ways to locate products/gifts on the Any Gifts Direct website.  If you know the product’s name or brand use the quick search located at the top left of the screen. To do a specific search on a brand or category, select the option from the drop-down menu on the product search area.

How do I make a Purchase?
Browse the website and add any items you wish to purchase by specifying the quantity and clicking Place in bag.
After you have added the last item you wish to purchase to your shopping bag, click Proceed to Checkout
Enter the delivery address
Enter the credit card details paying by MasterCard/ Visa/American Express

Review the order details and click Submit Order

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed if they have not been shipped. Please call us on 1300 443 834 as soon as possible when you want to cancel or change an order.

What is the delivery procedure?
Ordering and payment is easy – just follow the prompts on the screen.  Once your order has been processed, we will dispatch from our warehouse within 5 business days. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, we will contact you. You can choose to have the gift delivered to you or directly to that special person.

Any Gifts Direct uses a third party parcel/courier delivery service.  All purchases will need a signature accepting the delivery.  If no one is at the specified address at the time of delivery, your gift will be returned to your local Depot/Post Office and a notice will be left in your letter box for you to then collect it at your convenience.

Please note: Orders can be placed anywhere in the world!   Delivery on the site is only available within Australia. If you would like delivery outside of Australia, please call 1300 443 834 or contact us by email at info@anygiftsdirect.com.au.

If an order does not arrive within the expected time,  please notify us at info@anygiftsdirect.com.au or call us at 1300 443 834. We will establish the status of the delivery and advise you accordingly. If your gift is mislaid/ lost in transit, we will replace it and re-deliver as soon as possible to you at no cost. Any Gifts Direct reserves the right to investigate the nature of the non-delivery before agreeing to replace and redeliver the gift.

Please ensure you give us the full and correct delivery address. If non-delivery is due to an incorrect delivery address details provided by you, we will not be held liable for the cost of replacing or resending the gift to the correct address.

What happens if I want my purchase gift wrapped?
We pride ourselves on making sure every gift we wrap and deliver for you looks gorgeous.  Our standard gift wrapping is a metallic ice blue, which is topped with white satin ribbon.  We attach the card of your choice and then deliver it in a protective box, so your gift arrives looking nothing short of PERFECT! No documentation other than a delivery advice (without the price of course!) is sent to the recipient.

What about prices?
Any Gifts Direct is an online retail store which operates in the same way as any of the major  stores selling all our gifts at the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) or below. All prices quoted are in $AUD and include GST. However there is a currency converter available on the site.  A wrapping and delivery fee per order applies. We accept all the major credit cards – Visa, Master Card and American Express.

How do I exchange a gift/ product or return it?
We make this as easy as possible. Any Gifts Direct will replace any gift that is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition.  Notification of faulty or damaged gifts must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Any Gifts Direct will give full instructions on how to return goods to us. The instructions can be obtained either by telephone on 1300 443 834 or mailing info@anygiftsdirect.com.au.

Any Gifts Direct will replace any undamaged item within 14 days of purchase as long as the gift is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging i.e. as it was received, and it is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip.  Delivery and handling charges on any returns are not refundable where due to incorrect choice. Gifts returned to Any Gifts Direct are at the customer’s cost and risk.  For us to properly process the return of your gift, please be sure to include a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that our team are able to contact you in need.  Returns must be sent to the following address: Any Gifts Direct, Unit 22, 122 Old Pittwater road, Brookvale, NSW 2100.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
You will be notified of any gifts which are temporarily out of stock by email. You have the option to either wait for the gift to become available (your order will be have been placed on ‘Back Order’ with us), or to cancel your order and select another gift.
If the gift that is temporarily out of stock is one of several gifts ordered, the gifts which are immediately available will be dispatched within the 5 day delivery window with the out of stock gift/s being delivered as soon as they become available.

What is your guarantee policy?
If for any reason, you or the gifts recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue you a gift voucher. Please contact our Customer Service for return instructions. Any exchange must be notified to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt of goods.

What about product warranties?
Any warranty terms on a product (if specified) are negotiated by Any Gifts Direct with the Supplier of the product and are offered to customers of Any Gifts Direct. As such, the warranty claim is with the Supplier of the product. Any Gifts Direct will however liaise wherever possible with the relevant Supplier on your behalf to assist you in this matter.

How do I use my Gift Voucher?
Any Gifts Direct Gift Vouchers are redeemable on the Any Gifts Direct website. Only one Gift Voucher can be used for each purchase made. The cost of the product selected must equal or exceed the value of the Gift Voucher. Where the value of the selected item exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the difference is paid at the checkout in the normal way using a credit card.

Gift Vouchers are redeemed when checking out. Please ensure you follow the Gift Voucher redemption process when checking out to properly redeem your voucher.  A Gift Voucher cannot be used for the purchase of another Gift Voucher, either in whole or in part.

All Gift Vouchers have an expiry date which date is indicated on the Gift Voucher. Expiry dates cannot be extended under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the person holding the Gift Voucher to ensure that it is redeemed before the expiry date.
